For creators · MoneyWhat does it cost me to join?
There is no creator joining fee. Access is currently subject to the closed-alpha invitation and account requirements. A provider fee may apply to a payout transfer; review the quote before requesting it. Joining and completing your profile do not guarantee paid work.
For creators · MoneyHow do I actually get paid, and when?
The campaign terms define what makes work payable, and your workspace shows the review and payout status. Approval and payment are separate steps: an eligible payout enters the queue, and an admin releases it after the required checks. Supported payout details are shown in your account. Alpha previews do not represent a real payout.
For creators · MoneyWhat if the brand runs out of budget after I post?
Read the funded budget, rate and any per-creator cap before accepting the work. View-based campaign payments depend on the campaign's terms and available budget. If the status or amount looks wrong, raise it through support or the dispute process before taking on more work.
For creators · Working togetherWhat if nobody reviews my submission?
Check the review window on your campaign or order. Flat-rate work can auto-approve after that window. View-based work still waits until the count is locked (a reading after the maturation window); silence is not a way to skip that lock. A brand approving it earlier accepts it, and its views keep counting until the window closes. Approval of settled work queues a payout; an admin releases the money. If a decision is overdue, keep the evidence with the work and contact support.
For creators · Trust & accessDo I need a big following?
Clipping is open from day one. UGC and affiliate unlock when your identity is verified. Influencer work also needs a measured audience of 20,000 followers on file. Check the track gate and the brief you want to join; a paid plan does not buy the gate.
For creators · Trust & accessDoes UGC always pay a flat fee?
No. A cash UGC campaign uses the model on the brief: payment per 1,000 verified views, a base fee plus those views, or a flat fee per approved video. Views set the cash amount only on the view-priced models. The full base-plus-views payout uses the settlement clock, not a separate early payment for the base. A product or voucher instead of cash is a non-cash exchange, not withdrawable earnings. Eligibility checks and separate admin release still apply; approval is not money sent.
For creators · Working togetherWhat happens if I join an agency team?
Read the team's proposed commission and membership terms before accepting. Team commission is distinct from a referral reward or a payment-provider fee. Check the current offer, existing work and recorded commission before changing membership; a new team rate does not silently rewrite an existing agreement.
For creators · Trust & accessDo I have to connect my accounts?
Add the social account required for the work and complete the ownership check shown. A public bio check, a public post reading and an authorized private analytics connection are different things. Disconnecting private analytics does not make a public post private or erase work and payment records. Check the privacy notice and the account's current connection status.
For everyone · Trust & accessIs Vouched live?
Vouched is in closed alpha, with access opened in small groups. Join the waitlist to tell us what you want to create. Product previews are illustrations, not evidence of earnings or campaign performance.
For everyone · Trust & accessWhat does verified actually mean?
Supported platform readings carry a source and timestamp. The campaign terms explain what is measured and when it becomes eligible for payment. A reading is evidence of what a platform reported, not a guarantee that every viewer is genuine. Questions can be raised through the review and dispute process.
For everyone · Working togetherWhat happens if the two sides disagree about a number?
Raise the issue through the work's review or dispute path and keep the relevant evidence with the record. For a missing or unclear response, contact support. A dispute request is not itself a decision, a refund or a completed payout.
For everyone · Trust & accessWhere is my data held, and who can see it?
The privacy notice explains the information we collect, the processors involved and how to make a data request. Verification information is used for identity and payout checks, not as public profile content. Review the privacy notice before sharing sensitive information.
For everyone · MoneyDo you take a cut of what a creator earns?
Vouched's platform fee is charged to the brand. Your final payable amount still depends on the campaign terms, any agreed team commission or retention, and the current transfer quote. Provider transfer fees can reduce the amount sent. Check gross earnings, deductions and net transfer separately in your records.
For everyone · Trust & accessCan money buy a better position?
A paid plan provides the access described by that plan. It does not buy verification or guarantee a shortlist position, campaign acceptance, reach or earnings. Review creator fit and the evidence rather than treating subscription status as proof of quality.
