The terms, in plain language

• Escrow first. A brand funds the full campaign budget before it goes live. No creator on this platform works against unfunded money.
• Review within 48 hours. If a brand does not act on a submission in that window, it auto-approves and becomes payable. Silence is not a way to avoid paying.
• Paid within 24 hours of approval to GCash or Maya. This is a guarantee, and we publish our performance against it.
• One all-in rate. No listing fees, no processing fees, no platform fee stacked on top. Creators never pay to join, be listed, be ranked, or be paid.
• Unused budget returns to the brand's wallet. We do not keep the float.

If a campaign let you post, you are owed the posted rate for the views you earned. Full stop. Two things that happen on other platforms cannot happen here:

• Running out of budget is not your problem. When a campaign's budget is nearly committed, we stop accepting new posts. We never reduce or cancel payment for a post that was already accepted. If honouring accepted work overruns the budget, we top it up from the brand and chase the brand for it, not you.
• Slow review is not your problem. Submissions auto-approve after 48 hours. There is no first-come-first-served review queue where the people we got to last go unpaid.

A brand can end a campaign early. If they do, everything already submitted is still reviewed and paid, and only genuinely unspent budget goes back to them.

There is no threshold you have to reach before your money is yours. Approved earnings go to your GCash or Maya on the campaign's stated clock, automatically. You never file a request, never onboard with a third-party payout provider, and never sit on a balance you cannot touch because it is ₱200 short of a limit we invented.

Where several payouts land close together we may send them as one transfer to save the transaction fee. That is a batching convenience, never a gate: nothing waits on you earning more.

Multi-milestone bookings carry a retention of typically 15% per milestone. It is the creator's money, held until every milestone lands, then released in full. It exists so that a brand who has paid for three of four milestones is not left exposed on the fourth, and so that walking away mid-campaign has a cost. Retention is never charged out of pocket and never applies to single-deliverable work.

Life happens, and the honest version of it is always cheaper here than silence. Every missed deadline opens a 48-hour cure window first: fix it in that window and nothing is recorded.

Excused without penalty: documented illness, bereavement, natural disaster, and platform account action. We ask for proof once, not repeatedly.

For contracts above ₱50,000, Vouched may pursue amounts paid for work that was never delivered: set-off against future earnings on the platform, referral to collections, and where it is warranted, legal action under the signed agreement. We will say the quiet part out loud: for small amounts this is uneconomic and the real consequences are forfeited retention, tier loss, and removal. We would rather deter than litigate.

Money already earned for delivered, approved work is never clawed back. Not for a later dispute, not for a later cancellation.

• Keep escrow funded for the life of the campaign.
• Review on time and give a specific reason for any rejection. Rejection without a reason is not accepted by the platform.
• No requests for undisclosed advertising, misleading claims, or work outside the agreed scope.
• Brands carry a public reliability record: funded-on-time rate, median approval time, dispute rate, rejection rate against category norm. Bad actors lose access to top-tier creators.

• Deliver on schedule, or give notice before the deadline.
• Disclose every commercial post as an ad. This is law and platform policy, and we check it automatically before approval.
• Never buy views, engagement, or followers. Confirmed inflation is removal, not a score adjustment.
• Respond within 48 hours while a contract is active.

Either side may dispute within 72 hours. A human at Vouched decides, both sides see the reasoning, and the outcome is recorded on the ledger. Score markdowns can be appealed, and an upheld appeal restores the points. Brand ratings are down-weighted where that brand's rejection rate is an outlier, so one difficult client cannot sink a good creator.

Brands receive the usage rights stated in the campaign, for the stated window only. Rights expire visibly and renewal is a new invoice. Source files ship with every delivery and minor mechanical edits are free. Creators keep ownership of their likeness and everything not expressly granted.

Unlicensed gambling and vape products are excluded outright. Political work is accepted only with full disclosure, per-campaign sign-off, and legal review, and is never mixed with regulated-vertical clients. AI-assisted assets must be labelled. Synthetic likenesses of real people are not permitted without that person's licensed consent.
