For brands
How it works
Four steps to your first campaign, then answers to the things people actually ask.
Start here
- 1
Add money to your wallet
Top up by bank transfer, GCash or card. You are not spending it yet.
- 2
Write your campaign
Say what you want made, who should make it, and what you pay. Set your budget.
- 3
Fund it and go live
Your budget moves into escrow, which means it is locked and cannot be spent elsewhere. Creators can see the money is real, which is why good ones show up.
- 4
Review, then pay
Approve or send back with a reason. Approved work is paid automatically from the escrow.
- When does my money actually leave?
- In two steps. It moves into escrow when you fund the campaign, and it leaves escrow only when you approve a piece of work. Unspent budget goes back to your wallet when the campaign closes.
- Can I spend more than my budget?
- Only in one case, and only by a small amount. We stop accepting new posts once most of the budget is committed. Work we already accepted is always honoured, so if a post lands slightly over, we top it up rather than short the creator. You are never billed for work you did not accept.
- What are the fees?
- One fee, charged to you on top of the creator's rate, shown before you fund. We never take it out of the creator's side. A creator who is quietly underpaid stops delivering, and that is your problem before it is theirs.
- Can I end a campaign early?
- Yes. New posts stop straight away. Work already submitted still gets reviewed and paid, so the campaign stays open until that queue is clear. Then unspent budget returns to your wallet.
- What if views turn out to be fake?
- They are screened out and refunded to you. You are billed on verified views only.
- How do I know a creator is real?
- Three checks before they can take your money: government ID, a payout account whose name matches that ID, and proof they own the account they post from. Follower counts are read by us from the public profile, never typed in by the creator.
- How long do I have to review work?
- 48 hours. After that it approves automatically. This is deliberate: a slow review queue is our problem to staff, and it should never turn into a creator waiting unpaid.
- Can I ask for changes?
- Yes. Send it back with a reason and the creator fixes it. Minor edits are included in the price, not billed as extra.
- Can I stop off-topic pages from posting?
- Yes. Set the topics your campaign accepts and pages outside them are refused before they post. You are buying reach among people who care about your category, not a random audience.
- What if a booked creator disappears?
- Pre-cleared standby creators can be swapped in so your shoot date survives. The creator who dropped out carries the consequence, not you.
- Can I pay for better placement?
- No, at any price. Position is earned by results. If placement were for sale, the ranking would stop predicting anything and stop being worth reading.
What each tier gets you
Every tier runs real campaigns with locked budgets and full receipts. Paying more buys you research and backup, never better creators. Where a creator appears in your list is earned by their results, and that is not for sale at any tier.

What the score means
A score that shows how reliable a creator is. A new creator has a guess, based on their content and audience, and it is clearly marked as a guess. Once they finish campaigns, real results replace it. It answers what follower count never could: will this person actually deliver what you paid for.
Moves it up
- Finishing on time
- Getting approved the first time
- Keeping your posts up until you are paid
- Real people watching and commenting
- Finishing what you start
Moves it down
- Handing work in late
- Needing the same work fixed over and over
- Cancelling, though telling us early costs much less
- Going quiet after you accepted a job
- Complaints proven true after you have had your say
- Taking a post down before you are paid
Changes nothing
- How many followers you have
- Paying for Pro
- How much a brand spends
- Living in Manila or in a province
Why we do not show the exact formula
If we published the exact maths, people would work the maths instead of doing the work, and then the score would stop meaning anything to the brands reading it. So we show you what counts and which way it moves, and we keep the weights private. Every change to a creator's score is recorded with a reason, so it is never a black box.
