- How does milestone payment work?
- The package is split into pieces, each with its own fee and date. Deliver the milestone and get it approved. Its eligible payment, less any agreed retention, enters the payout queue for admin review and release.
- What is the holdback?
- Retention is the portion held under the contract's completion conditions. Read the actual percentage before signing rather than assuming a standard rate. Release of retained value and the completed payout transfer are separate states.
- The brand went quiet on approvals. What now?
- Check the review window in your contract and contact support if it has passed. Milestone approval and payment release are separate decisions; silence is not proof that either has happened.
- Does every package require a post on my channel?
- No. A package can include delivered videos, channel posts, appearances or usage rights. Your contract states which deliverables and channels are included; agree them before you sign.
- Do I have to accept every booking?
- No. Read the package, decline anything that does not fit, and there is no penalty for saying no before you accept. The penalty is only for saying yes and then disappearing.
- What if I have to cancel after accepting?
- Tell the brand early and use the contract's cancellation or incident process. Read the applicable terms and recorded decision. Do not assume a standard cancellation charge or that giving notice automatically ends the agreement.
- What if I get sick the day before a shoot?
- Tell the brand as soon as you can and record the reason through the contract's cancellation or incident process. Ops reviews the circumstances. Do not assume a replacement creator is available or that the booking has changed until it is confirmed.
- Who owns the content?
- Check the contract's ownership and usage grant, including channels and dates. Ask about unclear or missing terms before accepting. Additional uses and extensions need agreement; publishing or receiving payment does not automatically grant every possible right.
- Why do checks matter more here than on other rails?
- A booked collaboration includes future commitments, so the brand needs to assess fit and dependability before accepting. Read the badge's meaning alongside the creator's work and evidence. Checks do not guarantee delivery, and clipping also requires creative review rather than numbers alone.
- How do I get the gold check?
- Open Checks & badges in your profile to see your current standing and the requirements or review route shown. Account verification, track access and recognition badges are different states. Completing a form or paying for a plan does not promise an upgrade.
- What does gold actually get me?
- Read the current badge explanation in your profile. It communicates recorded standing, not a guaranteed invitation, ranking position, campaign acceptance or amount of earnings. The campaign's eligibility and the brand's decision still apply.
- What gets me removed?
- These are examples of conduct that can lead to review or loss of access. They are not an exhaustive policy list; the applicable terms and recorded decision matter.
- Buying views or using bots.
- Posting someone else's work as your own.
- Not saying a post is paid.
- Taking a booking and then disappearing.
- Do I have to say my post is an ad?
- Disclose paid or gifted work as required by the brief and the platform, including its paid-partnership setting where applicable. Do not present a paid recommendation as an independent one.
- I said yes to something but I cannot do it anymore.
- Tell the brand early through the work's message or incident route. Check the agreement's cancellation terms and keep the reason with the record. Notice does not automatically cancel an obligation or guarantee a particular fee outcome.
- Something went wrong and it was not my fault.
- Use the relevant work or incident record to explain what happened and provide evidence. For an account problem, contact support through Feedback. Keep the reference number and recorded outcome; do not assume a report has automatically reversed a restriction or released payment.
- Can I be in an exclusive campaign and take other work?
- Read the actual exclusivity scope and dates before accepting. Restrictions can affect which other work you may take. Do not assume all exclusivity covers every activity, or that Vouched can prevent an off-platform conflict for you.

There are two separate ladders and they never mix. Checks are earned by doing the work and cost nothing. Plans are things you pay for, and they only unlock tools. Money cannot get you a check, and no check is ever withheld from someone who qualifies.

Paying for Pro does not move your score, your check, or where you appear in a brand's list. If that ever stopped being true, the score would be worthless to the brands reading it.
Your score
A score that shows how reliable you are. At the start it is only a guess, based on your content and who follows you, and we label it as a guess so nobody mistakes it for a record. Once you finish campaigns, your real results replace the guess. You get a separate score for each kind of work, because clipping and influencer work are not the same job.

If we published the exact maths, people would work the maths instead of doing the work, and then the score would stop meaning anything to the brands reading it. So we show you what counts and which way it moves, and we keep the weights private. Every change to your score comes with a reason you can read, so it is never a mystery.
