The independent reader
A second machine
counts the same post.
Signing a reading proves who wrote it. It does not prove the reading was independent. Signal has its own deployment and its own keys so a view count that can move money is not Vouched measuring itself.

Research never pays. Verification can.

Research panel
Philippine creators, swept and language-tagged. Audience questions are quoted, not summarised. Empty Cebuano cells are not filled from Tagalog. A ratio always carries how many creators produced it.

Breakouts
Beating your own median is the entry requirement. The topic ratio then says whether the topic moved, or only the author did. A large creator's ordinary post is not a market event.

Verification
On YouTube, Signal is the independent view count. Matured views lock from Signal or from a person looking at the live post. Vouched's own machine reading never locks a payout.

What it will not do
Invent a number, score a creator, or move money. It receives a submission id and a public URL. It does not receive who you are.

YouTube is live. The rest is not yet.
Research
YouTube sweeps, hooks, and comments are live. TikTok sweeps run. Instagram research is missing. A thin language cell says it is thin. It does not borrow Tagalog to fill Cebuano.
