Getting started / Product guide

Set up your first brand workspace

Move from account access to a saved brand, a direction and a first campaign draft.

Before you start: A brand sign-in. During closed alpha, joining the waitlist is not the same as receiving account access.

Open brand onboarding

Start with the business

Brand basics holds the name, website, description and logo. Website extraction is a starting point: correct anything incomplete or outdated. If you do not have a site, enter the details yourself.

  1. Open your onboarding link and sign in with the intended account.
  2. Save Brand basics, then choose a goal and budget range in Goals & budget.
  3. Review Team & review. Each teammate uses their own sign-in.
  4. Add creator preferences, or choose Personalize later and return from workspace settings.

Business approval is separate

Saving a workspace does not verify the business. Team & review includes the business-verification section. Complete the requested evidence there and follow any review note. Funding remains subject to approval and the campaign's own checks.

Check what was saved

Open Company & appearance and Direction & goals from workspace settings. Confirm the brand name and current direction before creating a private draft. A budget preference is not a deposit, subscription purchase or campaign allocation.

Common questions

Do I need a finished campaign before onboarding?

No. Save the brand basics and a useful starting direction. Campaign-specific deliverables and payment terms come when you create a draft.

Need a hand?

Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
