Edit the company, not the person
Company & appearance describes the brand creators will work with. Your personal name and security belong in Profile & security. Changing the business description should explain the product and audience, not your job title.
- Open the brand card and choose Workspace settings.
- Select Company & appearance and review the active brand name.
- Update the identity fields and workspace look using their save controls.
- Reopen the page to check that the saved details are correct.
Keep strategy in Direction
Goals, budget preferences and the creators you want to work with have their own section. Use the description for relatively stable business context; use Direction and the marketing calendar for what changes this period.
If you cannot edit
Check whether you are the primary owner. A read-only identity panel for another member is intentional. If a saving-unavailable notice appears, do not assume the change succeeded. Refresh or report the problem without replacing someone else's work.
Common questions
Will editing the brand rewrite an active campaign?
Do not treat a profile edit as a campaign amendment. Review the campaign's saved brief and terms separately; live campaign details have their own protections.
Need a hand?
Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
