Open personal security
Creators use Settings, then Account & security. Brand users use workspace settings, then Profile & security. The authenticator belongs to your personal account, not to everyone on a brand team.
Enroll and verify the authenticator
Keep control of the authenticator app and its backup. Never send the setup key, QR code or a current one-time code to a teammate or support message.
- Select Set up authenticator.
- Scan the displayed QR code in your authenticator, or use the setup key privately.
- Enter the current six-digit code and select Enable authenticator.
- Confirm the enabled and verified-session message. Use Verify again when a fresh check is needed.
Payout changes are not profile edits
Creator payout details are read-only on the current settings screen. The protected change workflow requires a recent authenticator check and email confirmation, but self-service destination editing is not available there yet. Use Feedback to request help without including account numbers or ID documents. Losing the authenticator requires account recovery, not an email-only bypass.
Common questions
Does enabling my authenticator make it mandatory for every brand member?
No. This configures your personal account and session. It does not change another member's security settings or workspace role.
Need a hand?
Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
