Describe the mismatch
Use Feedback in the dashboard header and choose Bug report. Feature request and General feedback are separate options. A useful bug report says what you expected, what happened and the actions immediately before it.
- Add a short, specific summary.
- List the steps and identify the relevant page or record without including secrets.
- Explain the expected result and the actual result.
- Attach an optional redacted screenshot or short recording, then submit and check the confirmation.
Keep attachments within the limits
Bug reports accept up to three files, each 8 MB or smaller, for at most 24 MB combined. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, WebP, MP4, MOV and WebM. Each file needs a different filename. Attachments are not available for feature requests or general feedback.
Redact before uploading
Remove passwords, API keys, QR setup codes, account numbers, private messages and identity documents. The report records page context without its query string or fragment; it does not capture your whole browsing history. If a file is too large, trim the recording or provide a smaller screenshot instead of uploading sensitive raw footage elsewhere.
Common questions
Should I attach my full data export to help debug?
No. Describe the issue and share only the minimum redacted evidence needed. A personal-data export may contain sensitive records unrelated to the bug.
Need a hand?
Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
