Save your personal choices
The bell's preferences apply to your account across workspaces. Categories cover application messages, campaigns and bookings, submissions and reviews, money, X-deals and commissions, teams and referrals, verification and other updates.
- Open the notification bell in the dashboard header.
- Open Notification preferences.
- Choose the groups you want in the bell.
- Select Save notification choices and confirm the saved message.
Read the badge as recent selected updates
The red badge counts unread items in your enabled groups from the latest 100 account updates. Use Unread or All recent, mark individual items as read, or choose Mark shown as read. It is not an unlimited historical inbox.
A preference does not create an event
The bell refreshes every 30 seconds while visible, on focus, and through live updates when available. New selected unread updates animate the bell; there is no sound. These choices do not change email, SMS, mandatory security emails or brand webhooks. A product still needs an event source before it can send an update.
Common questions
Why am I not getting a Slack message after enabling a category?
Bell preferences only control the in-app feed. Supported webhook events require a separate receiver and a relay for Slack or Discord.
