Find your subscription and billing information

Understand which brand a plan belongs to and why subscription billing is separate from campaign funds.

Open Plan & billing

Check the workspace before the plan

A subscription belongs to one brand. Open that brand's workspace settings, then Plan & billing. Do not infer its plan from another brand you manage or from the personal account menu.

Compare capacity, not creator quality

Brand Starter is the free entry point for cash-funded campaigns. Brand Plus adds research and a monthly allowance for X-deals and commission campaigns. Brand Pro adds more campaign capacity. Enterprise adds higher allowances and signed outbound webhooks. Brand Plus and above include read API, MCP and opt-in preparation of private campaign plans. Publishing, funding and approvals remain manual. The current limits, prices and annual totals are shown in Plan & billing. Monthly campaign allowances do not become a yearly pool when you choose annual billing.

  1. Switch between Monthly and Yearly to see the total billed for that period.
  2. Keep campaign funds and funding fees separate from the subscription price.
  3. Use Ask about this plan to send an enquiry, not to make a payment.

Keep three amounts separate

Subscription charges buy the plan's stated access. Wallet top-ups add campaign funds. Campaign allocations reserve funds for work. A subscription is not a campaign budget, and an available wallet balance does not mean every subscription feature is unlocked.

  1. Read the current plan and available controls in Plan & billing.
  2. Check the specific feature's access message before relying on it.
  3. Use Wallet & allocation for campaign funds and Records for transaction activity.

Know what billing offers today

The current page shows the assigned plan, not proof of a paid subscription. Self-service checkout, renewals, saved payment methods and subscription invoices are not available yet. Use Feedback to ask about plan access. Payment-provider confirmations and wallet activity remain separate records for reconciliation.

Common questions

Does a paid plan verify my brand?

No. Business verification is a separate review. Paying for access does not replace the required evidence or funding checks.

Need a hand?

Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
