Choose the period and movement types
Records and Wallet activity share the transaction view. Dates are shown in Philippine time. The selected period and types determine the records and totals; use the page controls to inspect later pages.
- Choose a month, quarter, year or Custom period.
- For Custom, set From and To, with From on or before To.
- Select the movement types to include and apply the filters.
- Open Record details and the linked campaign or booking for context.
Follow the money rather than adding every row
Wallet top-up adds funds. Allocation to work reserves funds in escrow. Release from escrow records a later movement. Adding all three as total spend counts the same money repeatedly. Booking completed means payment queued, not paid. Creator payment recorded is a separate event.
Match the record to its purpose
Cash balance after is the event's recorded cash snapshot, not today's balance or credit. Top-up fees are separate from wallet funds. A wallet top-up confirmation is not a tax invoice. Reconcile with provider confirmations and the appropriate billing documents; ask your accountant which documents your reporting requires.
Common questions
Why is the result empty?
Check the active brand, dates and selected types. An empty filtered result is not proof that the brand has never had transactions.
