Read the three balances separately
Available cash is the brand's cash balance. Held in escrow is reserved for funded work. Credit balance is granted credit, not cash. These are distinct positions; a calendar's planning budget is not one of them.
Adding funds
Adding funds opens with PayMongo checkout, which is not live yet; until it is, the wallet page cannot add to your balance. Deposit fees by payment method are on the pricing page. A top-up in your records from before checkout was a demo or simulated credit, not evidence of a real bank or payment-provider transfer.
Reserve funds through the work's own flow
Funding a campaign or booking moves funds into escrow. Approval and release happen later. Unused funds return through the applicable close or refund workflow, not simply because you delete a calendar plan. Use Campaign allocation to see where the brand has committed funds.
Common questions
Can I count held escrow as money available for another campaign?
No. It is already reserved. Check the current wallet and the applicable return flow instead of allocating the same funds twice.
