Performance & evidence / Product guide

Read views, likes, comments, shares and saves

Understand coverage and freshness before interpreting campaign engagement.

Open Campaign performance

Choose the campaign

Performance reports approved or paid posts for the selected brand campaign. Inspect total verified views alongside measured-post count, median and the top post's share. A large total from one exceptional post is different from consistent results across many posts.

  1. Select a campaign and choose View results.
  2. Check whether it is labelled as demo data.
  3. Compare views by platform with the number of posts and median.
  4. Open the campaign workspace when you need the underlying work.

Read each metric's coverage

Likes, comments, shares and saves use the latest recorded value per post, not the sum of repeated readings. The page shows covered posts, source and reading times. Missing metrics say Not available, not zero. Saves may be unavailable because no supported source recorded them.

Do not turn engagement into sales

These are cumulative counts, not unique people, conversions or proof of incremental revenue. Different sources and reading dates limit comparisons. Engagement does not change the payout calculation. Use conversion evidence separately when the campaign has a supported tracking arrangement.

Common questions

Why can I see views but no shares?

The view evidence and engagement sources are separate. Shares may require supported, creator-authorized analytics; missing permission or an unread post can leave the count unavailable.
