Start after understanding the permission
A bio code proves ownership. An analytics connection authorizes access to the data named by the provider's consent screen. These are separate actions, and you should understand which account and permissions you are choosing.
Use the offered connection
Social accounts lists the analytics providers enabled in the current environment and what each can read. If no provider is enabled, the page says so instead of offering a non-working connection.
- Choose an available analytics connection.
- Check the provider account and requested permissions before consenting.
- Return to Vouched and inspect the connection status or message.
- Review the recorded source and time when the resulting metrics appear.
Interpret missing data correctly
A connected account does not guarantee every metric or post has been read. Unsupported fields, missing authorization and unread posts can leave data unavailable. Shares and saves are not interchangeable with views. A brand's performance screen shows coverage rather than treating missing readings as zero.
Common questions
Can Vouched read all my social analytics without asking?
Private analytics connections require the supported provider's authorization. Public observations and private authorized analytics are distinct sources.
Need a hand?
Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
