Choose the right kind of agreement
My work includes Campaign contracts and Direct bookings. A campaign agreement belongs to that campaign. A direct booking has its own offer and order thread. They are not interchangeable just because the same brand and creator are involved.
Read the terms before accepting
Check deliverables, deadlines, revision allowance, payment basis, usage and any exclusivity. Ask for clarity before accepting unclear scope; an informal expectation can be difficult to resolve after production.
- Open the campaign contract or direct booking from My work.
- Compare its terms with the discussion and brief.
- Use the available acceptance or response action only when the agreement is correct.
- Return to the same work record for delivery and subsequent messages.
Completion and payment are separate
An accepted offer or completed booking is not proof that money reached your account. Check Earnings & transfers for the recorded payment stage and reference. If records appear inconsistent, report the work identifier and status without exposing private bank details.
Common questions
Can a new booking automatically extend the rights in an older campaign?
Do not assume so. Review the scope and dates in the relevant agreement and confirm any new intended use explicitly.
