Check the brief before delivery
Open your joined campaign from My work. Confirm required content, source assets, platforms, timing and the delivery route. A file for brand use and a public post on your account are different deliverables; use what the brief actually asks for.
- Review your finished work against each requirement.
- Check the product, links, disclosure and allowed content use.
- Use the campaign's submission controls and provide the requested file or post details.
- Check the saved submission record instead of repeatedly submitting the same work.
Follow the review
Submissions collects your submitted work and its status. A successful upload or saved URL does not mean the brand approved it or that all view evidence has been recorded. Open the record for the current review and any reason requiring attention.
Resolve the specific issue
When changes are requested, connect your correction to the named requirement. If you disagree or cannot satisfy it, use the available conversation or dispute path with evidence. Keep the post and source material available for the agreed period; do not remove them just because the initial submission was saved.
Common questions
Should I put my video in the application message instead?
Use the campaign's designated submission route so the work can be reviewed and tracked. A conversation attachment is not automatically a campaign submission.
