Request earnings and follow a transfer

Distinguish gross earnings, eligible funds, transfer fees and recorded payment status.

Open Earnings & transfers

Start with Ready to request

Gross paid earnings to date is not the amount currently ready to send. Ready to request reflects eligible earnings and the quoted transfer fee. Review any held group or unavailable-data message rather than treating it as zero.

Read the transfer quote

Ask for your earnings shows the destination, included earnings, provider fee and amount you receive. The quote is the point to catch an incorrect destination before making a request.

  1. Check the destination in Account & security.
  2. Inspect the eligible earnings and fee in Earnings & transfers.
  3. Request the transfer through the offered control.
  4. Follow the transfer status and reference. A request is not a completed payment.

Use statuses to investigate

The page shows the latest 50 transfers and a filterable earnings history. Queued, approved, sending, paid and failed are different states. A bounced transfer may return eligible earnings for a new request with a recorded reason. Check that reason and the destination before retrying; use Feedback for help without including full account numbers.

Common questions

Does brand approval mean I have been paid?

No. Work approval, eligibility, a transfer request and payout release are separate steps. Check the recorded status and the receiving account before concluding funds arrived.

Need a hand?
