Open the work and its context
Use the review queue to find work needing attention, then inspect the campaign requirements and available evidence. A count or a thumbnail is not enough to judge whether the creator delivered the agreed work.
- Watch or open the submitted content.
- Compare the product, talking points, required visuals and delivery route with the brief.
- Check the recorded view evidence and any flags separately from your creative opinion.
- Use the review action that matches the outcome, with a specific reason when changes are needed.
Make the next action clear
Name the requirement and the correction: which shot is missing, which link is wrong or which claim must change. Keep a new concept separate from a correction to the agreed brief. Use the campaign conversation so the decision stays with the work.
Approval does not mean money arrived
Brand approval and actual payout release are separate stages. Check the payout record for its current state. A campaign result card, a queued payment or a booking completion should not be described to the creator as proof of receipt.
Common questions
Can an assistant approve final creative for me?
The Read API and MCP tools do not expose creative approval. The brand remains responsible for the final review through the dashboard workflow.
Need a hand?
Use Feedback in your dashboard if a guide does not answer your question. Include the page, what you expected and what happened. Never include a password, API key, account number or private payload.
